Turn off automatic sharing of meeting notes

With the auto-share feature, you can automatically share meeting notes with participants after the meeting ends. If you prefer to manually share meeting notes or disable this feature, follow the steps below to turn off auto-sharing.

1. Navigate to your Meeting Dashboard and locate the auto-join settings on the sidepane.

2. Click on the dropdown menu next to the Auto-share section and select Off to disable the auto-share feature. This will prevent Narada Meeting Assistant from automatically sharing meeting notes with participants. You can also choose to select specific auto-share options based on your preferences if you wish to enable this feature for certain participants.

Congratulations! You have successfully turned off the auto-share feature for meeting notes. You can now manually share meeting notes with participants or adjust your auto-share preferences to suit your workflow.
