Automatically share meeting notes

Learn how to set up Narada Meeting Assistant to automatically share your meeting notes with participants. Narada Meeting Assistant will automatically send a summary of the meeting notes to the participants that you specify via an email and share the meeting on your Meeting Dashboard. To enable auto-sharing of meeting notes:

1. Navigate to your Meeting Dashboard and locate the auto-share settings on the sidepane.

2. Click on the dropdown menu next to the Auto-share section and one of the auto-share options available. You can choose to auto-share with internal members of your team or all participants of the meeting.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Narada Meeting Assistant to automatically share your meeting notes. Participants will receive a summary of the meeting notes via email and can access the full meeting details on the Meeting Dashboard.
